Lindsey Darking completed an MA in Screenwriting at Bournemouth University in 2007 and was winner of the university’s Alan Plater Screenwriting Award for her feature film script, Shrink.
She has written non-fiction scripts for Connexions Wiltshire and Swindon and the Hampshire and IOW Climate Change Summit.
Other credits include:
- Media-funded Four Corners European film development project 2008, in Barcelona, Bournemouth and Thessaloniki.
- Finalist in the Fever Pitch live pitching competition, Screenwriters Festival, Cheltenham, in July 2008.
- Publicist, The Murder Monologues, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 2008.
- Publicist for Dreamwalkers, youth film project in Dorset, 2008.
- Athena Screenwriting Showcase 2009/10, with funding from Skillset and Screen South
- ABC Level 2 award in single camera programme making and ABC level 3 award in digital video editing (short course) from the Arts University College Bournemouth, 2010.
